Click on the “Paypal” link above to order your painting and pay by credit card.

Please be sure that you are ready with the following:

  • The complete name of the painting – this includes the elephant’s name and inventory number (for example Jintara #003, Plai Chompon #702, etc.). You will need to enter this in the “Payment For” box located on the Paypal purchase page. If purchasing two or more works, enter both names in the same box (for example: Lucky #006 and Jintara #004).
  • The correct price of the painting. Enter the figure in the “Amount” box on the Paypal purchase page. Do not add a dollar sign, just simply the amount in dollars and cents (for example, 350.00).  If purchasing two or more works, please enter the total amount of the two works combined.  For instance, if you were buying two works at $350 a piece, you would enter the dollar amount as 700.00.

Each painting is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity and a biography of the elephant, both of which have a photo of the artist at work on it.  Every painting sold by the AEACP will be stamped with our official not-for-profit seal.  All paintings come unframed, rolled inside protective vellum and shipped within a sturdy cardboard tube.  All paintings are shipped via FedEx from our main office in New York City.  Signature is required upon delivery. There is a shipping and handling charge of $25 USD.  If you are a resident of New York State, we are required by law to assess 8.8375% NY State Sales Tax.  These charges will be added automatically as you process your order for payment through Paypal.

In addition to credit cards, we accept check, money order, and wire transfer. Please make payment out to the Asian Elephant Art & Conservation Project. For these forms of payment, please e-mail us your purchase request and the painting will be put on hold until we receive your payment.

Please direct e-mail to dferris@elephantart.com.
