Each painting is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity and a biography of the elephant, both of which have a photo of the artist at work on it. Every painting sold by the AEACP will be stamped with our official not-for-profit seal. All paintings come unframed, rolled inside protective vellum and shipped within a sturdy cardboard tube. All paintings are shipped via FedEx from our main office in New York City. Signature is required upon delivery. There is a shipping and handling charge of $25 USD. If you are a resident of New York State, we are required by law to assess 8.875% NY State Sales Tax. These charges will be added automatically as you process your order for payment through Paypal.
In addition to credit cards, we accept check, money order, and wire transfer. Please make payment out to the Asian Elephant Art & Conservation Project. For these forms of payment, please e-mail us your purchase request and the painting will be put on hold until we receive your payment.
