KHAMTOOL'S BIO:
Mr. Damnoen just recently began working with Khamtool so they are still getting a feel for each other. Nevertheless, Khamtool has proven that she is quite the skilled painter. She is a very even-tempered elephant but can be stubborn at times. Khamtool began painting around the same time as her best friend, Thongoon. The two elephants are about the same age so have grown up together at Maetaman. Their favorite time is spent playing in the river together.
Khamtool has been working largely on flower compositions. She has amazing control of the brush and can make very precise marks upon the paper. Mr. Damnoen has been a good teacher and helps Khamtool with some of the color choices in the paintings that Khamtool creates. We are excited to see what the future holds for these two.
